Kids Workshop at The Home Depot - Fire Boat

It was another Kids Workshop at the Home Depot last week and Daryl wanted to go because he's going to make a Fire Boat. He was a little disappointed that he was not able to make a Fire Truck at Lowe's but when he saw the Fire Boat, he got excited.

I was only bringing Daryl but Daniel decided to tag along. When we got to Home Depot, they were also doing a Fire Safety prevention clinic. While Daniel and Daryl was making their Fire Boats, a Fire Truck came and parked in front of Home Depot.

The Fire Boat Kit

A piece of the Fire Boat was completed but Daryl wants to go a step ahead.
Top of the boat is finished
Just need to screw both pieces to finish the assembly
Daryl placed the parts and is moving to put on the stickers.
The finished Fire Boat with his certificate, instructions and aprons with 4 pins.
The 4 pins represent the projects that he did at Home Depot
(School Bus, Periscope, Rain Gauge and Fire Boat)

Daniel and Daryl had fun on making the Fire Boat. They were also able to board the Fire Truck and looked around. On the next month's Workshop, the kids are making a Spice Rack. I'm going to convince both kids since we can use the spice rack in the kitchen.
