2011 Family Picture

This is this year's (2011) edition of Daniel's Family Picture sketch. As you can see below, he created a house with the family members in it.

On the body of the house (square part) is me and my wife. On the roof area, the kids have their on places.

The left side of the roof has Daryl on it with a car. This is so because Daryl really likes cars and he has a lot of drawings about cars as well. I will be posting his car drawings soon but don't expect it to be different from the one I posted on January 2nd. The car drawings look pretty much the same, I don't know how he does it but they really do.

In the middle part of the roof is Daniel. He's into video games, he thinks about it everyday and dreams about it, and talks a lot about it, too.

The right side has Daphne on it. She pretty much plays with any toy she can pick up. She even cleans up after her brothers who just leave their toys anywhere around the house. I'll probably just teach her to hide them somewhere the boys won't be able to find them.

Daryl's 2010 Family Picture

Here's Daryl's drawing of our family picture. He did this last year when he saw that I posted Daniel's drawing of our family picture. I guess he decided to have his own version.

As seen on the picture, Daryl is on the left-most side with the glasses.Daniel is beside him and my wife and our baby Daphne. I'm on the right-most side. 

2009 Family Picture

As I mentioned on my post a couple of weeks ago, Daniel didn't create a family picture for 2009. I was wrong about it.

While going through some of his stories, I found this picture. He titled it Jet Pack Hoorray! and at the back he written 2nd year. I believe he's referring to the 2nd year of this site.

The year 2009 is depicted at the bottom and he used stickers to represent the two zeroes. On the picture, Daniel is on the left-most side, it appears that he didn't have glasses yet when he drew this. Same thing with Daryl who is beside him, he didn't have glasses yet. I'm beside Daryl and my wife is on the right-most on the picture.

2010 Family Picture

A couple of years ago, I posted Daniel's drawings of our Family (click here). Daniel created a new one for this year 2010 (he didn't create one for 2009). 

Starting from the left, that's Daniel in gray. He's wearing glasses now so his picture has it, too. Daryl is beside him in red. Daryl's favorite color is red and he's also wearing glasses. The next person is my wife (pink) and on her left arm is the new addition to our family, Daphne, who's also in pink. Lastly, I'm the farthest to the right (in orange).

Things have gotten busy in the house with a new member in our Family. I still have a lot of sketches that I need to post. Daryl has been drawing lately and he has a lot of pictures, too. I think I need a week or two away from work to post all of them.

Family Pictures

It's pretty obvious that this picture was drawn back in 2007. Daniel is the 3rd from the left with the yellow face and his little brother Daryl is beside him with the blue face. My wife is wearing a striped dress and green shoes. I have the yellow hands and wearing the brown shoes. I guess Daniel remembers a time when we were out on a sunny day and he can see the blue skies.

I just saw this picture yesterday and my guess is that he just drew this a week ago. I can't remember seeing it on my computer desk. Also, the year on the picture is 2008.

Daniel is the 1st person from the left (yellow). His little brother is beside him (red). I'm the blue person and my wife is the gray person with the long hair.

One thing I noticed is that we got bigger bodies now specifically me. I'm not sure if Daniel is trying to tell me to do more exercises and lose some weight. :)
