Kids Workshop at The Home Depot - Periscope

I was able to bring Daniel and Daryl to the Home Depot Kids Workshop yesterday. It was the 2nd time for both kids at the Kids Workshop.

The 1st time I went there, I was only with Daryl and he made a Rain Gauge. I believe Daniel was at a birthday party that time so he was not able to go.

The 2nd time I went to the workshop, I was only with Daniel because Daryl wanted to spend time with his aunt, uncle and cousin. Daniel, at first, didn't want to go because the project was a butterfly house. I just encouraged him to make it for his baby sister in which he obliged.

It was my 3rd time bringing the kids and as I said earlier, the 2nd time for both kids. They made periscope and I told them that periscopes are used in submarines.

Both sides of the periscope are now covered
Finished product
Mirror can be seen on one end of the periscope
Daniel's Certificate of Achievement
Used the periscope to look at the word 'PERISCOPE"

Both kids were very happy in the end and they were using the periscope on our drive going back home. They were also discussing the color and design of their periscopes. I just hope they don't make a mess when they start painting them.
